After all these years, AIESEC in Johor Bahru is finally able to put on the Southern Leadership Bootcamp, which will take place at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai Johor. We seek to offer a full development experience through real-world challenges and skill-building activities through purposeful partnership with the theme “Blooming Aspiration, Infinite Inspirations“. At this point, we wish to provide youths with a comprehensive leadership development experience as well as interpersonal skills development through a diverse set of practical challenges and skill-building activities to enhance their career competency since it is crucial for young people to be conscious of their employability and get ready to adapt to the workplace.
